Nikolay Ostankovich (1854–?) – Owner of a photo atelier in Moscow. Visited Lithuania in the summer of 1903 and 1904 while collecting material for "An Album of Views of Russia"; worked as a photographer for the detective branch of the Vilnius police in 1904. Produced several dozen professional photographs of Vilnius and its surroundings.
